Tofu Brownies

I have these Tofu Brownies in the oven right now. We'll see how they are. I'm not vegan or anything. I just had a block of tofu that needed to be used. The hubby isn't a fan of tofu so I have to find creative ways to make it. We'll see if he notices anything different. I only made one change to this recipe - I didn't add the walnuts instead I added white chocolate chips (1/4 C).

I'll let you know how they taste.
