Semi-Homemade Fruit Pizza

This is cooking now, so I can't give you a thumbs up or thumbs down right now. I was watching a cooking show the other day and they made this. Although, I made it per my memory or the show and some common sense. So, hopefully it tastes good. I decided to type up the recipe in case it is really good the way I made it and I don't want to forget.

Fruit Pizza

1 pizza crust mix
1/2 C water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T sugar
1/4 C cream cheese (room temperature)
1/4 C apricot preserves (room temperature)
2 pears
1/2 berries (I used blackberries)
2T of carmel frosting (from a tub)
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Combine pizza crust mix, water, cinnamon, vanilla, & sugar and mix. Press into greased pizza pan. Bake @ 450 degrees for 7 minutes. Remove and press crust again to make sure it fits entire pan. Blend cream cheese and apricot preserves together. Spread over crust. Slice pears thinly. Top pizza with pears & berries in an appealing uniform way. Bake @ 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Melt frosting in microwave until it is pourable, but not too runny. If it gets to runny, just put it in the frigde for a little bit so that it will firm up a little bit. Then drizzle frosting over pizza. Dust with powdered sugar.

Let's hope this tastes fantastic!
