Scalloped Chicken Dinner (Slow Cooker)

I got out my slow cooker recipe book in order to find some easy recipes I can either start before I go to work or start when I get home @ 3pm and eat at 7pm (after we get back from thr ECFE class). What I found was I was annoyed by some of the recipes. I don't want a recipe where I have to brown the meat first or I need to saute the veggies first. All I want is a recipe where I throw it all in a crockpot and cook. I want as little as prep work sa possible.

So, tonight we are having Scalloped Chicken Dinner. I don't think they come any easier than this. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Scalloped Chicken Dinner
5 oz. pkg. scalloped potatoes & seasoning mix
4 chicken breasts or 8 legs
10 oz. frozen peas
2 C water

Put potatoes, seasoning mix, chicken, and peas in a slow cooker. Pour water over it all.

Cover. Cook on low 8-10 hours or High 4 hours.
